Our textbook states: “it takes years to build a brand, but only a nanosecond for a poorly managed crisis to ruin it.” Based on your readings from the textbook and at least one online source regarding “reputation management,” give two examples of companies that have a good job of managing their reputations following a crisis. Also provide some thoughts as to other techniques you might have used in those situations.
